Turkey Artichoke Pesto Sandwich

This Turkey Artichoke Pesto Sandwich recipe is the perfect afternoon pick me up. It will satisfy those sandwich craving tastebuds and leave you with a feeling of, damn that was good! At least that was my reaction when I made it.

Ingredients
- Bread roll (I used a telera roll from Whole Foods)
- Turkey breast
- Tomato
- Spinach
- Provolone Cheese
- Cucina & Amore Artichoke Pesto Alla Firenze
- Cucina & Amore Artichoke Hearts - Quartered Marinated
Directions
- Cut the roll in half
- You could also try using focaccia bread
- Spread each slice of bread with the Artichoke Pesto
- Add a slice of provolone cheese to one or both slices of bread
- If you're like me, you can toast/melt your cheese in a toaster oven
- Slice the tomato and add it to the sandwich
- Add a few slices of turkey
- Put on some spinach leaves
- Top it off with some Artichoke Hearts
- Take the leaves of the artichoke and add it on top of the spinach (add as much as you like)
- Cut the sandwich in half
- Enjoy!
