Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- Ground chicken breast
- Kitchen & Love Artichoke & Roasted Peppers Quinoa Quick Meal
Directions
- Preheat a saucepan on medium heat
- Add about a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan
- Open the package of ground chicken breast
- Cook the ground chicken until fully cooked
- While the chicken is cooking, cut the bell peppers in half and hollow out the inside
- Open the quinoa meal
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Artichoke & Roasted Peppers sauce with the quinoa
- Mix the fully cooked chicken with the Artichoke & Roasted Peppers Quinoa Quick Meal and stir
- Add the mixture of chicken & quinoa to the bell peppers
