Stuffed Bell Peppers

Sometimes all you need to make a meal even more delicious is to just add more colorful food. The perfect example is a bell pepper. Each color has a slightly different flavor which makes them a deliciously healthy addition to any meal. These Stuffed Bell Peppers are filled with only 3 ingredients and it's super easy to make any day at any time.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5-10 minutes



  1. Preheat a saucepan on medium heat
  2. Add about a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan
  3. Open the package of ground chicken breast
  4. Cook the ground chicken until fully cooked
  5. While the chicken is cooking, cut the bell peppers in half and hollow out the inside
  6. Open the quinoa meal
  7. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Artichoke & Roasted Peppers sauce with the quinoa
  8. Mix the fully cooked chicken with the Artichoke & Roasted Peppers Quinoa Quick Meal and stir
  9. Add the mixture of chicken & quinoa to the bell peppers
  10. Enjoy!
