Quinoa & Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Some of the best recipes are those that are simple that only need a handful or less of ingredients. These recipes are fast, convenient, and more often than not, delicious. With the convenience of a Kitchen & Love Quinoa Meal and rotisserie chicken, these lettuce wraps can be made in just a few minutes because there is no cooking necessary! This recipe was inspired by the Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wrap recipe from Sugar Dish Me. Instead of Buffalo sauce, I decided to use the Spicy Jalapeño Quinoa Meal to get that spicy heat.

Ingredients
- 3-4 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 package Kitchen & Love Spicy Jalapeño Quinoa Quick Meal
- 1/2 cup rotisserie Chicken Breast
- 1/2 diced avocado
Directions
- Clean the Romaine lettuce leaves
- Scoop the ready-to-eat quinoa (from the quinoa meal) onto the clean Romaine lettuce
- Add the pieces of rotisserie chicken breast
- Top with the Spicy Jalapeño Sauce from the Quinoa Quick Meal
- Finish by adding the diced avocado
- Enjoy!
