Protein Packed Breakfast Bowl

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why not start the day off right with a healthy meal full of healthy protein and carbs? This recipe is perfect for the vegetarian, gluten free foodie who wants a meal packed with a protein punch!

Ingredients
- Spinach
- Kale
- Egg
- Kitchen & Love Spicy Jalapeño Quinoa Quick Meal
Directions
- Heat a skillet or sauce pan on medium heat
- Scramble the egg
- Add the scrambled egg to the pan
- Add as much spinach and kale as you like
- You can choose either one. I had a mixed container of both
- Open both containers in the quinoa meal
- In a medium-sized bowl, place the quinoa then add as much Jalapeño mix as you like
- Make sure the sauce is thoroughly mixed in with the quinoa
- Add the scrambled egg, spinach, and kale to the Jalapeño Quinoa mix
- Stir all the ingredients together
- If you like your quinoa heated, pop the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds
