Many express their love in different ways, but the one I like the most is sharing their meal/recipe ideas with us. It fills my heart with joy and my tummy wanting more Kitchen & Love. This recipe came from one of our fans, Amy C., who shared her recipe on our Facebook page. This recipe is great because it's super simple and so delicious all at the same time.   1. Mix the spinach and kale together
    • Or you can just choose your favorite greens
  2. Unwrap the Mango & Roasted Peppers Quinoa Quick Meal
  3. Mix the Mango & Roasted Peppers sauce with the already cooked quinoa
    • You can add as much sauce as you like
  4. Add the mixed Mango & Roasted Peppers Quinoa to the mixed spinach and kale
  5. Toss the ingredients together until evenly coated
    • The Mango & Roasted Peppers sauce acts as a dressing
