Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Italian Bread
- Cucina & Amore Pesto alla Firenze (Artichoke)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- Cucina & Amore Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Cut Italian bread in half
- Spread both sides with Artichoke Pesto
- Place the mozzarella slices and halved cherry tomatoes evenly along the bread
- Sprinkle with pepper to taste (optional)
- Bake for 15-20 minutes (until cheese is melted)
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
- Slice into serving sizes
