  • Ciabatta bread Brie cheese
  • Cucina & Amore Pesto alla Genovese (Basil Pesto)
  • Cucina & Amore Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Cut the ciabatta bread in half
  2. Spread both sides with a light layer of basil pesto
  3. Chop up about 2 sun-dried tomatoes and place on one side of the sandwich
  4. Cut the brie into sections to add a layer of brie cheese on top of the sun-dried tomatoes
  5. Place the remaining bread slice on top of the sandwich
  6. Brush some olive oil on top of the ciabatta bread
  7. Heat up a frying pan on medium heat
  8. Place the olive oil topped-side of the sandwich down onto the pan
  9. Brush some olive oil on the bottom of the ciabatta bread
  10. Flip the sandwich over and repeat until the brie is ooey gooey and oh so delicious
  11. Enjoy!

  • Gluten free pizza crust (I used Rustic Crust)
  • Cucina & Amore Basil Pesto Alla Genovese

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Open the package of gluten free crust IMG_0948
  3. Spread pesto evenly onto crustIMG_0949
  4. Add mozzarella cheese thoroughlyIMG_0953
  5. Line a plate with paper towels.
  6. Remove the marinated artichokes from the jar and put onto the paper towel
  7. Use the paper towel to remove all excess oil from the marinated artichokes
  8. Place quartered artichokes onto the flatbreadIMG_0960
  9. Line a plate with paper towels.
  10. Remove the sun-dried tomato from the jar and put onto the paper towel
  11. Use the paper towel to remove all excess oil from the sun-dried tomato
  12. Dice the sun-dried tomato
  13. Add diced sun-dried tomato to the flatbreadIMG_0965
  14. Place the flatbread directly onto the middle oven rack
  15. Bake for 10-12 minutes

Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwich

Sometimes I have a sweet tooth that craves for sweet breakfast items like pancakes, french toast, and donuts. Other times I have a savory tooth that craves eggs, bacon, and vegetables. Today was a savory tooth kind of day. This Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwich....


  • 1 Bread roll (I used a Telera Roll from Whole Foods)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 diced Cucina & Amore Sun-dried tomato
  • Spinach Kale
  • 1/2 tsp of feta cheese
  • 1 tsp of Cucina & Amore Piquillo & Artichoke Bruschetta


  1. Heat a small skillet or sauce pan to medium heat
  2. Take the bread roll and cut it in half
  3. Put the bread in a toaster oven to heat it up
  4. Line a plate with paper towels
  5. Open the jar of Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  6. Take out one medium-sized tomato and put it on the paper towel
  7. Pat the tomato with the paper towel to soak up the excess oil
  8. Dice the sun-dried tomato
  9. In a small bowl, scramble one egg
    • You can try adding a little milk to make the egg more fluffy
  10. Add the scrambled egg to the heated skillet or sauce pan
  11. Half way through cooking the egg, add the diced sun-dried tomato
  12. As the egg & tomato continue to cook, spread the Piquillo & Artichoke Bruschetta on one or both sides of the bread
  13. Once fully cooked, remove the egg and sun-dried tomato from the skillet
  14. Add the egg & sun-dried tomato to the bread
  15. Add the feta cheese
  16. Top with a few pieces of spinach and kale
    • I had a container that was mixed with both
    • You could just use one or the other
  17. Put the remaining slice of bread on top and cut the sandwich in half

  1. Cook pasta following the directions on the box
  2. Drain pasta and put in a large bowl
  3. Mix the Artichoke Pesto with the pasta (add as much pesto as you want)
  4. Chop some sun-dried tomatoes and add it to the pasta
  5. Top off your pasta dish with some grilled & marinated artichoke hearts
