Cucina & Amore Corporate Headquarters is located in Novato, California, and we ship from our Fulfillment Center in Richmond, California via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Services (USPS). Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online while orders shipped via US Postal Service cannot be tracked. Cucina & Amore can ship within the United States only.
All in-stock orders will be processed within 48hr of receiving the order in office. Generally, orders ship in 1-3days after being processed. Order will be shipped ground. There is no guarantee of delivery times and days, but should be received within 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise, including “Free Shipping” items. Please note that all items on one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. When multiple shipping addresses are requested, delivery charges will be calculated per shipment.

All expedited orders placed after 9am PST will be processed the following day. Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Expedited online orders are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items may be available for expedited delivery. A special holiday schedule may apply for "order by" and "delivery by" dates.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or UPS Surepost. All shipments to the US Virgin Islands ship UPS Surepost ($15 surcharge applies). Shipments to a PO Box or APO/FPO ship via UPS Surepost. In order to better serve you, please provide us with your telephone number in case we need to clarify your order. If the shipping charge on your order confirmation are different in unique circumstances. A customer care representative will contact you if shipping charges varies from the confirmation for your approval prior to shipping your order.

Returns & Refunds
CUCINA & AMORE / KITCHEN & LOVE offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. We have a 30-day money back guarantee return policy for all products. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will not be issued for any freight delivered late or past expected time.

If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.]
For returns, wrap the package well, include the return form found on the back of the packing list/invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Please be sure to ship your item by an insured, traceable method to the address below. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, FedEx and other carriers.
