  • Pre-made Thin Crust Pizza
  • Cucina & Amore Grilled Marinated Artichokes
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 4 oz low fat cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1oz feta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, greek yogurt, garlic powder and salt
  3. Add the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese until well mixed
  4. Top the pre-made pizza crust with the spinach & artichoke dip and spread evenly
  5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top
  6. Add the feta cheese as the finishing touches
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes
  8. Enjoy!

Baked Pesto Artichoke Rigatoni

Pasta is the perfect meal when you want to cook a big dinner that doesn't take a lot of ingredients yet still is tasty enough for the whole family to enjoy. It's easy to simply boil water, cook the pasta, and stir in some sauce. But sometimes you want to take your pasta...


  • 1 box of Rigatoni pasta
  • 5 tbsp Cucina & Amore Pesto alla Genovese (Basil Pesto)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Cucina & Amore Grilled & Marinated Artichoke (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese


  1. Cook the pasta following the directions on the box
  2. While the pasta is cooking, slice the cherry tomatoes in half
  3. Open the jar of artichokes, remove any excess oil from the artichokes
  4. Cut the artichokes in quarters and make into smaller pieces
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F
  6. Place cooked pasta into a large bowl
  7. Add the tomatoes, artichokes and basil pesto
  8. Stir until the pesto is evenly coated
  9. Transfer the pasta into a 9x13 baking dish
  10. Top off the pasta with mozzarella cheese
    • I know it says 1/2 cup, but you can add as much or as little as you want 
  11. Bake for 10 minutes
  12. Enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Open the package of gluten free crust IMG_0948

  5. Line a plate with paper towels.
  6. Remove the marinated artichokes from the jar and put onto the paper towel
  7. Use the paper towel to remove all excess oil from the marinated artichokes

  10. Remove the sun-dried tomato from the jar and put onto the paper towel
  11. Use the paper towel to remove all excess oil from the sun-dried tomato
  12. Dice the sun-dried tomato

  • Bread roll (I used a telera roll from Whole Foods)
  • Turkey breast
  • Tomato
  • Spinach
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Cucina & Amore Artichoke Pesto Alla Firenze
  • Cucina & Amore Artichoke Hearts Grilled & Marinated


  1. Cut the roll in half
    • You could also try using focaccia bread 
  2. Spread each slice of bread with the Artichoke Pesto
  3. Add a slice of provolone cheese to one or both slices of bread
    • If you're like me, you can toast/melt your cheese in a toaster oven
  4. Slice the tomato and add it to the sandwich
  5. Add a few slices of turkey
  6. Put on some spinach leaves
  7. Top it off with some Artichoke Hearts
    • Take the leaves of the artichoke and add it on top of the spinach (add as much as you like)
  8. Cut the sandwich in half

  • Cucina & Amore Balsamic Vinegar of Modena


  1. Mix the spinach and kale in a big bowl
  2. Open the jar of artichoke hearts
  3. Take off the leaves of the artichoke hearts and add them to the salad
    • Add as much as you'd like
  4. Toss the salad with the Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Make sure it coats the entire salad evenly
  5. Drizzle the Balsamic Vinegar on top of the blended salad
  6. Enjoy!
