  • 1 package of Jennie O's Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Open the package of ground turkey and place into a medium-sized bowl
  3. Add 4 tbs of Piquillo & Artichoke Bruschetta
  4. Stir until the bruschetta is evenly mixed with the ground turkey
  5. On a baking sheet, place a heaping tablespoon of the piquillo, artichoke & turkey mix
  6. Bake for 25 minutes
  7. Enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Put the pizza crust on a plate or cutting board

  1. Line a plate with paper towels
  2. Open the jar of Piquillo Peppers
  3. Carefully take out the piquillo peppers and lie them on the paper towel
  4. Pat them dry to soak up the excess oil
  5. Cut the piquillo pepper to make them bite size, but large enough that you can still stuff them
  6. Open the Piquillo & Artichoke Bruschetta and scoop as much bruschetta into the piquillo pepper without overstuffing it
  7. Open both packages within the Quinoa Quick Meal
  8. Mix as much Jalapeño & Roasted Pepper sauce with the quinoa
    • You will not use all of the Quinoa Meal in this recipe
  9. Stuff the remaining piquillo peppers with the Jalapeño Quinoa Quick Meal mixture
