  • 2lbs boneless chicken breast
  • 1 jar Cucina & Amore Piquillo Pepper & Mango Salsa


  1. Place the chicken breast in one even layer in a crockpot/slow cooker
  2. Pour the entire jar of salsa evenly over the chicken
  3. Cook on high for about 3-4 hours
    • It all depends on the thickness of the chicken breast. Mine were small so it only needed 3 hours
  4. Shred the chicken with 2 forks
    • If the chicken is fully cooked, the meat should shred easily
  5. Enjoy!
