Traditionally, Bolognese sauce is made by browning ground beef and mixing it with a straightforward tomato sauce. Make your recipe better by using Cucina & Amore Basilico Pasta Sauce. You can then add seasoned ground beef to make a delicious meal. First, brown the beef and strain the unwanted fat, then warm it up with Cucina & Amore tomato with basil sauce. Make sure to choose grass-fed and organic beef to ensure you have the healthiest meal possible. If you are beef-averse, try it with organic ground turkey, chicken, or pork!

Puttanesca Pasta Sauce

Puttanesca sauce was first created in Southern Italy during the mid-20th century. Made with tomatoes and a medley of sliced olives, Cucina & Amore Puttanesca Pasta Sauce creates the perfect sauce for a savory dinner. Make sure that you add a protein to make it more filling by adding line-caught tuna or sustainably-harvested shrimp. Simply drain a can of tuna and chop into chunks before adding to the Puttanesca sauce. Or you can use shrimp by quickly grilling them with Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemon juice before adding them to the sauce. Once you add your proteins, toss in spaghettini or penne pasta after draining to absorb all of the flavor. If you love olives, then you’ll love this Puttanesca Pasta dish.

Nothing says spicy Italian pasta sauce like Cucina & Amore Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce. Arrabbiata, meaning “angry” in Italian, is a pasta sauce infused with red pepper flakes. This one is not for the faint of heart! To tone down the spiciness of the sauce, try adding sweet Italian sausage or turkey to the pasta. You can either slice the sausages or remove the casing to have bits of sausage in every bite. Top your fresh-cooked pasta with chopped parsley and freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese and your whole family will be asking for seconds!
