Ingredients

  • Ciabatta bread Brie cheese
  • Cucina & Amore Pesto alla Genovese (Basil Pesto)
  • Cucina & Amore Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Cut the ciabatta bread in half
  2. Spread both sides with a light layer of basil pesto
  3. Chop up about 2 sun-dried tomatoes and place on one side of the sandwich
  4. Cut the brie into sections to add a layer of brie cheese on top of the sun-dried tomatoes
  5. Place the remaining bread slice on top of the sandwich
  6. Brush some olive oil on top of the ciabatta bread
  7. Heat up a frying pan on medium heat
  8. Place the olive oil topped-side of the sandwich down onto the pan
  9. Brush some olive oil on the bottom of the ciabatta bread
  10. Flip the sandwich over and repeat until the brie is ooey gooey and oh so delicious
  11. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • Cucina & Amore Basilico Pasta Sauce
  • Go Veggie Mozzarella Cheese Alternative
  • Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Slice the zucchini
  3. Place zucchini slices on a baking sheet
  4. Lightly spread some Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil on each zucchini slice
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. Add the Basilico Pasta Sauce to each zucchini slice
  7. Top off each zucchini slice with as much Go Veggie Mozzarella you like
  8. Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted or a light, crispy brown
  9. Enjoy!

  • Spinach Kale
  • Cucina & Amore Artichoke Hearts Grilled & Marinate
  • Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cucina & Amore Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Directions

  1. Mix the spinach and kale in a big bowl
  2. Open the jar of artichoke hearts
  3. Take off the leaves of the artichoke hearts and add them to the salad
    • Add as much as you'd like
  4. Toss the salad with the Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Make sure it coats the entire salad evenly
  5. Drizzle the Balsamic Vinegar on top of the blended salad
  6. Enjoy!
