Spinach, Kale & Artichoke Salad
Most of the times, simpler is just better. You don't have to add a ton of ingredients to a salad to make it flavorful, delicious and satisfying. I think sometimes, simplicity is key, especially when you don't have time to chop all the fixings for a salad. This Spinach, Kale, and Artichoke salad is just that...spinach, kale, and artichoke. What brings it altogether is the dressing. In this case, there are actually 2 dressings, Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that come together for an appetizing salad that everyone is sure to enjoy.
Ingredients
- Spinach
- Kale
- I bought a prepackaged combination of spinach & kale from the store
- Cucina & Amore Artichoke Hearts Grilled & Marinated
- Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cucina & Amore Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Directions
- Mix the spinach and kale in a big bowl
- Open the jar of artichoke hearts
- Take off the leaves of the artichoke hearts and add them to the salad
- Add as much as you'd like
- Toss the salad with the Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Make sure it coats the entire salad evenly
- Drizzle the Balsamic Vinegar on top of the blended salad
- Enjoy!
