Pesto Gnocchi

This Pesto Gnocchi recipe is simple with only 2-ingredients that can be left to your chef-like-heart's desire. Have fun with adding other ingredients like chicken or shrimp. You can even leave it a vegetarian option with vegetables like artichokes, tomatoes, piquillo peppers, and more. You can keep it simple or dress it up. It's the perfect dish to be creative because you can't go wrong.

Directions
- Boil the water in a shallow pan or a small pot. It doesn't need to be too large but deep enough to see the gnocchi rise
- Separate the gnocchi and drop them into the boiling water and cook them for 2-3 minutes
- You know when the gnocchi is cooked when they rise to the top of the water
- Drain the gnocchi or scoop them out with a slotted spoon
- Mix the gnocchi with pesto sauce or a sauce of your choice
- Add the vegetables and/or meat to your Pesto Gnocchi
- Enjoy!
