Italian Quesadilla

There are sometimes when you just can't decide what you want to make. With so many cuisine choices nowadays, it can be hard to narrow it down to just one. Why choose just one? This Italian Quesadilla recipe brings together the deliciousness of both Italian and Mexican foods and it is awesome! A delightful surprise to satisfy your hunger.

          1. Evenly spread the Piquillo & Artichoke Bruschetta on a tortilla
          2. Sprinkle with Italian cheese blend (as much or as little as you want)
          3. Top with another tortilla
          4. On a preheated skillet, toast the quesadilla for about 5-7 minutes (flipping occasionally)
          5. Move the toasted quesadilla to a plate and slice the quesadilla
          6. Enoy!
