Chicken Pesto Quinoa Bowl

Sometimes we want to make something that is fast, easy, and convenient. That's where our Quinoa Quick Meal is a great help. Sometimes we want to take what is simple and add a little more to make it even more delicious! This combination of easy, creative, and with a little bit of extra time to spare, came together to create the Chicken Pesto Quinoa Bowl.
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes
Serving: 1 or 2Quinoa Bowl



  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Bake one chicken breast for 10 minutes on each side. 20 minutes total. If you don't have the time, you could also sauté the chicken in a skillet.
  3. While the chicken is baking, sauté or steam the asparagus. You could also choose other greens like broccoli or spinach.
  4. Once the chicken and asparagus are ready, cut them into bite sized pieces
  5. Mix the quinoa with the amount of chicken and asparagus you would like to eat with the basil pesto. I used 3oz of Chicken and 2oz of asparagus.
  6. Enjoy!
