It is controlled and certified by a consortium of master tasters for its traditional zone of production, proportion of ingredients and overall quality. Made from the cooked-down must of locally grown Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, it has an intense sweet taste and well-balanced level of acidity and finishes with clearly detectable intense oak notes and cooked must. Caprese Artichoke Baguette

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian Bread
  • Cucina & Amore Pesto alla Firenze (Artichoke)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • Cucina & Amore Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Cut Italian bread in half
  3. Spread both sides with Artichoke Pesto
  4. Place the mozzarella slices and halved cherry tomatoes evenly along the bread
  5. Sprinkle with pepper to taste (optional)
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until cheese is melted)
  7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
  8. Slice into serving sizes
  9. Enjoy!

  • Spinach Kale
  • Cucina & Amore Artichoke Hearts Grilled & Marinate
  • Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cucina & Amore Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Directions

  1. Mix the spinach and kale in a big bowl
  2. Open the jar of artichoke hearts
  3. Take off the leaves of the artichoke hearts and add them to the salad
    • Add as much as you'd like
  4. Toss the salad with the Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Make sure it coats the entire salad evenly
  5. Drizzle the Balsamic Vinegar on top of the blended salad
  6. Enjoy!
