Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian Bread
  • Cucina & Amore Pesto alla Firenze (Artichoke)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • Cucina & Amore Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Cut Italian bread in half
  3. Spread both sides with Artichoke Pesto
  4. Place the mozzarella slices and halved cherry tomatoes evenly along the bread
  5. Sprinkle with pepper to taste (optional)
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until cheese is melted)
  7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
  8. Slice into serving sizes
  9. Enjoy!

  • 2lbs Frozen Shrimp (would work best with fresh shrimp)
  • Cucina & Amore Pesto alla Firenze (Artichoke)

Directions

  1. Boil pasta according to package
  2. Cook the entire page of frozen shrimp
    • Make sure there are no tails and deveined 
  3. Drain the pasta and put in a large bowl
  4. Add the cooked shrimp to the pasta
  5. Mix the shrimp pasta with the Artichoke Pesto
  6. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Bread roll (I used a telera roll from Whole Foods)
  • Turkey breast
  • Tomato
  • Spinach
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Cucina & Amore Artichoke Pesto Alla Firenze
  • Cucina & Amore Artichoke Hearts Grilled & Marinated

Directions

  1. Cut the roll in half
    • You could also try using focaccia bread 
  2. Spread each slice of bread with the Artichoke Pesto
  3. Add a slice of provolone cheese to one or both slices of bread
    • If you're like me, you can toast/melt your cheese in a toaster oven
  4. Slice the tomato and add it to the sandwich
  5. Add a few slices of turkey
  6. Put on some spinach leaves
  7. Top it off with some Artichoke Hearts
    • Take the leaves of the artichoke and add it on top of the spinach (add as much as you like)
  8. Cut the sandwich in half

Directions

  1. Cook pasta following the directions on the box
  2. Drain pasta and put in a large bowl
  3. Mix the Artichoke Pesto with the pasta (add as much pesto as you want)
  4. Chop some sun-dried tomatoes and add it to the pasta

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°
  2. Use a spiralizer to make the zucchini noodles (I bought mine for $15 at Bed, Bath, and Beyond)
  3. Line a baking sheet with 2 layers of paper towels and arrange the zoodles in an even layerIMG_0406.JPG
  4. Bake the zoodles for 30 minutes
  5. Take the noodles out of the oven, wrap the zoodles with the paper towels and wring out the excess water left within the zoodles (keep squeezing because there's surprisingly a lot of water in this veggie)
  6. Take the remaining zoodles and add Cucina & Amore Pesto alla Firenze Artichoke (add as much or as little as you like)
